Awarded to any organisation, company, individual or team that has delivered a specific scheme, project, or initiative, or can demonstrate inclusive participation in their everyday behaviour that significantly contributes to the enhancement of equality, diversity, and inclusion at work.

entry criteria

 

ELIGIBILITY

Open to any organisation, company, individual or team who, within the last 12-months, has exemplified a healthy commitment to encouraging, promoting, or creating a workplace culture in which employees and colleagues feel valued, respected, and accepted. This award supports the commitment to fostering an open and inclusive commissioning environment which promotes equality of opportunity and values diversity.  You can nominate yourself or another organisation, company, individual or team that you know or work with.

Entries will be required to illustrate:

  • Policies in place to support and encourage equality

  • How diversity and inclusion is promoted

  • The impact of your diverse and inclusive workplace

  • Testimonials from a company representative, individual employee, or team member supporting the details and claims of the nomination

APPLICATION PROCESS

All entries must be submitted online. There is an option to save your entry and complete it at a later date if required, but please ensure your whole entry is submitted by the deadline date as detailed below.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Additional supporting evidence can be attached to the online entry form or emailed to Hannah. Images must be hi-res but must not exceed 10MB.  Testimonials should preferably be on letter-headed paper or a time/date-stamped email with company signature, with a 250 maximum word count per testimonial. Datasheets, brochures or catalogues WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED so please refrain from sending these. Video links or links to external websites will also NOT be accepted.

JUDGING PROCESS

All information will be treated confidentially & will only be circulated amongst the judges. Entries are judged on merit only, with no reference to external consideration.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date for entry is 26th July 2024. Please note this date is final and will not be extended.

FINALISTS

All entrants will be informed by email as to whether, or not, they have got through to the final stage of the process.
