Diversity in Commissioning Award

Criteria
 

Providing the same chances for everyone, irrespective of their background.


Awarded to any organisation, company, individual or team that has delivered a specific scheme, project, or initiative, or can demonstrate inclusive participation in their everyday behaviour that significantly contributes to the enhancement of equality, diversity, and inclusion at work.

ENTRIES ARE REQUIRED TO ILLUSTRATE:

  • Equality – what policies are in place to support and encourage equality.

  • Diversity and inclusion – how diversity and inclusion is promoted with the organisation.

  • Benefits – how the diverse and inclusive workplace improves the organisation overall.

  • Testimonials - Employee and/or team member testimonials. They must be identifiable, i.e. on headed notepaper or a company email.

APPLICATION PROCESS

All entries must be submitted online. There is an option to save your entry and complete it at a later date if required, but please ensure your whole entry is submitted by the deadline date as detailed below.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Additional supporting evidence can be attached to the online entry form. Images must be hi-res but must not exceed 10MB.  Testimonials should preferably be on headed paper or a time/date-stamped email with company signature strip. Datasheets, brochures or catalogues WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED so please refrain from sending these. Video links or links to external websites will also NOT be accepted.

JUDGING PROCESS

All information will be treated confidentially & will only be circulated amongst the judges. Entries are judged on merit only, with no reference to external consideration.

CLOSING DATE

The closing date for entry is 25th July 2025. Please note this date is final and will not be extended.

FINALISTS

All entrants will be informed by email as to whether, or not, they have got through to the final stage of the process.
