Airtech Premier successfully delivered an energy-saving upgrade at a pharmaceutical lab in Stevenage, reducing Air Change Rates (ACR) through a Variable Air Volume (VAV) extract system. The project included new ductwork, control system upgrades, and BMS panel enhancements. Key outcomes were a 45% reduction in air volume, 72,000 kWh annual energy savings, 24.22 tonnes CO₂ reduction, supporting sustainability goals, and are ready for site-wide rollout. This initiative exceeded expectations, combining technical excellence with environmental impact.
