6RG MEP CLERK OF WORKS SERVICE: 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay

76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay is a premium, multi-tenant sustainable landmark on Dublin’s waterfront. In response to tenant concerns, AM ALPHA led a significant landlord-driven HVAC remediation in the occupied building, partnering with 6RG and Quinn Downes to deliver complex MEP recommissioning with minimal disruption. The project was stewarded by Philip Lee’s legal team and overseen by GNCE. It showcases technical excellence, collaboration, and tenant-focused delivery—setting a new benchmark for sustainable, live-environment commissioning.
