Providing career paths to over 500 employees in the last 48-years, End Systems has continually invested heavily in training and has been part of the growth of the CSA in that time. A significant number of employees have gone from CSA Grade 1 to 6 whilst employed by End Systems, with others taking training and development provided by End Systems to go on to set up as sole traders or limited companies in the commissioning and testing sector.
