Airlab is an HVAC commissioning specialist built on a simple belief: technical excellence starts with investing in people. Over the past year it has committed more than US$22,000 to developing its engineers - funding CSA qualifications and specialist cleanroom and HEPA certification and protecting paid time to train. Every engineer progresses along a structured CSA pathway, tracked on a live competency framework, and learns hands-on in Airlab's in-house "traininglab", home to a newly installed water rig.
